Ordering and Shipping Information
  Ordering Information:


Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Fridays, except on major holidays. Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, unless it is a larger order which may take up to a week before it is ready. An order received for our standard "in-stock" items on a major holiday will be processed on the next working business day. Tablecloths and our fabric made items are not made until we receive your order; therefore, it is not considered a standard in-stock item.

Tablecloths/Fabric orders:

After we receive a tablecloth/fabric order it usually takes approximately 24 to 72 business work hours to put the order together before it is shipped. We may need additional time if it is the holiday season or you have a larger order. If you choose to expedite shipping please note that the overnight or second day shipment will not take place until the item is made. If you need the order by an exact date please call or email us.

Orders will be processed as received, during business hours and days.

All verbal orders are considered firm.

Changes and/or cancellations can not be made once order is put into production, which is usually the same day the order is placed. Any changes are subject to approval.

Orders for special items and custom sizes can not be canceled once production begins (special items are things such as chaircovers, placemats, skirting, etc. and custom sizes are those not listed on website). Also, special items may require additional lead time.

Changes and/or cancellations on next day orders are not accepted. Customer is responsible for the goods.

Additions made to order must be processed as a new order and will be shipped separately.

All skirting must be ordered in multiples of two: same size, fabric, and color.

Production Sizing, Hemming, and More:

Sizes listed on website are cut sizes. Finished product may be slightly smaller.

Tablecloths and napkins are cut to size ordered. If a hem is requested then the cloth or napkin may be slightly smaller than size requested. Although, you may request the item to be finished at a particular size. This is due to the amount of fabric used to hem product.

Opulent home decor.... is not responsible for variation of colors due to different dye lots.

If your order requires a template you will only be charged a $15.00 template fee one time. We will keep the template on file for additional orders.

Pattern fabric is not necessarily matched when cloth is seamed.

Opulent Home Decor.... is not responsible for your typographical errors.

Placemats may require pressing to rebond the adhesion after being laundered.

Backorders:

Opulent Home Decor.... does not accept back orders on stocked items. If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be recalculated and you will receive a confirmation via email or phone with your order total. This does not apply to tablecloths and other fabric orders under tablecloth section.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders:

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee is incurred ( 50% restocking fee for custom size fabric tablecloths, runners, ect.).

How to return orders:

Do not return damage merchandise. Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery. You must have a RGA (return goods authorization) number before we will accept returns. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us and include a SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. All Stocked items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish photo, you may request a prepaid return label, one we have received merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.

Note: no returns on placemats, runners, chair covers, skirting, chair cover accessories, yardage, or bulk orders.

Florida - 7%
New York - 8.625%
New Jersey - 7%

All other items:

We accept four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We also accept checks and money orders, which must be received prior to us processing your order.

Faxed Orders:

We go to great lengths to insure your credit card payment is secure on our secured internet server, but if you would prefer to fax us your credit card information that is fine too. While shopping place your items in the shopping cart and complete the shipping information and print the page. Then write your credit card information down and fax it to (913)724-4807. Please include your card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card.

International Orders:

Only our fabric and tablecloth items may be shipped internationally (restrictions do apply), all others must be shipped to a US Location only (excluding Canda).

Warranty:

We guarantee satisfaction of our products when they are used as they are intended. If the product is defective when you receive it then contact us as soon as possible. We can not replace item if defect is not reported within 10 days of delivery. We can not guarantee for color or for texture. We also can't guarantee our fabric items for the wrong size or shape if you ordered it that way. If you want to order our standard oval for instance and your table is more egg shaped, you will be required to provide us with a pattern of your table to insure you get an even drop all the way around it. See pattern instructions under our tablecloth link for more pattern information.

Shipping Charges:

Regular tablecloths and fabric item (5 or less) or small delivery items in the Continental United States is $8.85 Ground Shipping.

All Outdoor Living Items Shipping is based on weight.

Bulk shipping charges will be determined at time of order and you will be charged actual shipping charges.

We ship all orders via UPS within the Continental United States. Second day air and next day air shipment is available for rush shipments. Once we receive the order we will determine the cost of shipping and call or email you with the price and confirmation.

International orders are shipped by United States Postal service, and will only be shipped through Priority International, Express Mail International or Global express. Global express allows us to track the package. The actual shipping and a $2.75 processing fee will be charged for these orders. Once we receive your order we will determine the cost of shipping and call or email you with the price and confirmation.

International orders only apply to our Tablecloth division. All other items must be shipped within the United States.

Opulent Home Decor.... is not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.

Contact us as soon as you get package if package and item is damaged.
